Super Skater Andy Anderson makes Helmets COOL

For all of you into skateboarding. You’ve probably seen in most skateparks the huge divide between skateboarders with helmets and the majority without them and you all probably felt the pressure to skate without helmets because it’s not in fashion anymore.

A lot of people think it’s not cool to skate with helmets and that’s why they put themselves in harm's way by skating without a helmet.

Well, being a skateboarder in Venice Beach’s world class skatepark -  I got to talk to Andy Anderson - one of the biggest names in skateboarding who was on the Canadian skateboarding Olympic team.  You can view his amazing skateboarding videos on Youtube.

Andy hasn’t been shy about the need for helmets. 

I asked him doesn’t he feel strange being the only adult wearing a helmet in the park and he said - if you want to succeed in this sport - listen to yourself and to your own logic.

Andy is a huge influencer in the skateboarding community so if he thinks helmets are in fashion - so should you.
